OH I am so greatfull your here!!
i suffer with pain,HIV and no appate... I got a card.. and a poor "green thumb" and I'm pretty isolated out here,so it's very nice to know your up and running on the net now. God bless ya
We are indeed "up and running" and the group will grow. Montana is a big place but the Internet gives us a chance to develop a support group, even when everyone is geographically far apart.
hello, i am on my 2nd year of having my card. I have helped others get their card as well. I have 90% of all the stuff to grow my own med but can't get it started up. I hope more is done to help the new people like me. Our med is so expensive to get off the street
if anyone has seeds or plants that they know what it is and would like to trade please list this on the forum and how to contact you. I have northern lights but can't prove it. But I know what the orignal clone taken from
I think it's reasonable to assume that sooner or later, members of the "prevention" community...i.e., cops...will be reading this blog.
So. Use good judgement in your posting and comments.
That having been said, one purpose of this blog is to help patients connect and communicate.
Hey y'all, I just sent this link to my local mayor. I think it's important to keep our local officials informed as to whats going on with the drug war and other advancements in the medical marijuana movement. I suggest you all send this link to your local mayor as it's a good one.

I have a qualifying ailment and am certain medical marijuana would benefit me. My doctor, however, does not advocate its use. I'm not looking for a lacky, but can anybody suggest a doctor in Missoula or nearby who would prescribe/recommend marijuana when it is warranted?
Thanks!
Anonymous, we could help you more if you were less anonymous. If you'd post some contact information (email address or phone number) we'll see to it that a patient contacts you with the information you're seeking.
dear traders:
why not plan for a "trade/swap" party at a forth coming state meeting? enought said ok?
Hi,
I would like to contact persons who could trade assistance and resources so as to create some sort of patient co-op for growing. I am pretty good at this having a card now for 3 years. Have a green thumb but lack resources,
The price in dollars and the problems associated with the black market are unacceptable.

To the individual wishing to create a coop: Any chance of you coming to Hempfest in Missoula Sept. 8?
hi,
Yes I can be at the hempfest on 8 November.....
I look forward to seeing someone at that time. I should be looking for who or what?

Missoula hempfest Sept 8th: Patients & Families United will have a booth at this event. Stop by and see us! And, we plan an informal "social" with pizza and refreshments for patients that evening -- fairly nearby, but not at the hempfest site itself. We'll be sending email invites to every patient we know -- so get on our mailing list by contacting us at info@mtmjpatients.org.

Anon, there are as many people using the blog as we'd like. We've tried to promote it but there hasn't been a lot of action.
We'd appreciate ideas for how to make the blog a centerpiece of the community.
